Vardis Collection was established by Arie and Catherine Vardi in 1991. The Company has grown and blossomed over the years but has always kept clear its vision of emphasis on quality, design, value and originality in the Jewellery.

The husband and wife team have their Studio in their farm steading set in the countryside in Perthshire, Central Scotland. Inspiration for the Jewellery comes often from their hill walks and explorations in nature, with their two spaniels, around their home. Arie originated from Chile, Catherine is Scottish and having lived together in Israel, there is also a very free international alchemy in the melting-pot of ideas.

Vardis sells to upmarket galleries and art galleries throughout the UK and abroad. Special commissions have included a gold daisy brooch for HR Princess Margaret and pearl and silver earrings given to HR Princess Anne.

Arie is currently enjoying creating Limited Editions of specialist pieces which are all hand-crafted and use selected semi-precious many of which he finds on travels abroad.

Further developing his creative talents Arie is now a well known "up and coming" artist. His sensitive use of colour is the keynote coupled with a wealth of visual landscape experience both in Scotland and abroad make him a real "one to watch" fresh artist. Arie works in acrylics, oil and mixed media. He paints Scottish landscapes, figurative work and some still life.
